Once someone has vouched for the veracity of an escort's photography (which I have--I've met and interacted with the guy), it seems to me one's hiring decision is/should be about some other calculus. At that point, some of this seemingly titillation-driven sleuthing gets a little ridiculous.

Yes "Bitch Tits" may have other causes, especially in children. If a guy who is an obvious bodybuilder shows both great vascularity and "Bitch Tits" it is a damn good reason to suspect heavy steroid usage.
