VICTOR HUGO (no, not that one) was born in Venezuela in 1942. He was an artist, a window dresser who did the displays for the designer Halston's Madison Avenue store, and Halston's lover on and off for over a decade. He was also an assistant to and model for Andy Warhol. He died in 1993.
