Hmm that’s not true for New York City. I book DayUse rooms in Manhattan for 6-10pm every two weeks for meetups. For today for example, there are 33 hotels in NYC for which you can check in at 7pm.

This is probably TMI, but I think I prefer straight providers because it’s not as depressing if they’re not so good at faking being into you - they aren’t meant to be attracted to you to begin with - whereas with gay providers it’s a bit of an ego killer when you can tell they’re not into it. I think there’s demand, there’s just not a lot of supply. When I first started hiring a few years ago there were some All-American white boy types in NYC, but never a lot.
