Anyone ever watch this show? I believe it originally aired on Comedy Central in the early 2000's with Amy Sedaris and a younger Stephen Colbert. The link is a PSA video of a woman that had left a life of drugs and prostitution, she is pretty outrageous, constant stream of consciousness. It also was the inspiration for the show.
