Very true! You can always try to better your life in some way or another but on the other hand there comes a point where you just have to live and not worry so much about how you are doing it.

I wish I could remember the names of some scotch I tried at at tasting…of course they were $200-$300 bottles and those are the ones I liked. I’ve had Laphroaig and I thought it tasted like the smell of a permanent marker 😝. And the McCallan? 12,15, or 20 yr I just could not acquire a taste.

Sounds like an annoying experience. It seems like a number of providers show up without showing their travel dates…all’s you can do is ask. I think the best way to navigate this is to just ask what their availability is like when they are in town. Some just post dates on a particular city just to see if there is any interest and if there is none or very little they may not even bother coming. Also some are flying stand-by and aren’t certain of which city they will end up in.
