    Traveling to Tokyo in February. Is it traditional to tip the agency guys in addition to the regular fees? I'm happy to tip the guys, but since tipping is considered a no-no in some cultures I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing. If tipping is ok, what would be considered a fair amount? Thanks.
