Now I don't want to seem negative about someone like @DCMonument (yet again a newbie, BTW!) in DC seeming to warn the members of this forum that an "in demand" (popular!) escort has so many clients and sex partners that he must inevitably be completely infested with STIs and disease, not to mention warnings about his disease-ridden furniture and bed. Really? I think the only infections you might get from furniture might be bedbugs or genital lice (crabs), both easily apparent to, and easily corrected by, the escort who uses his own furniture!
Let's face it. No one can guarantee sexual contact won't ever carry the chance of catching an infection. People have even been known to get both genital lice and bedbugs from simply sleeping in some less than clean hotels! It is up to the client to make sure he is safe and has all his proper inoculations! An escort who sees many clients all the time or a hookup from Grindr or Scruff? Both might be dangerous but we all know the only completely safe sex is no sex at all! If we, as clients, are going to hire an escort, then we, as guardians of our bodies, must control our safer sex practices.
Now...the elephant in the room! There has been much talk about "The Dallas Mafia" on the forum, but lately, I have noticed a fairly large number of "newbie" posters from Washington, DC, who either intimate that this or that DC escort is "fake" in some way, or is so popular that clients should avoid him because he sees far too many clients and may spread disease! Does anyone see a pattern here? So, not a DC mafia, but maybe a less than successful escort or two there who want to discourage the success of the more popular DC escorts?
