nah, pimp is too strong of a word. A lot of these guys get into it and see how easy it is to make money and put such little effort into it (just get worshipped, hustle old queens, get whined and dined without having to 69) and then bring their buds into it. Misery loves company lol! it's all referral. One of them is probably the leader and makes travel arrangements etc. and hotel stuff and teaches the guys the "in's and out's" of escorting with guys etc.

Yeah I texted WSJ today to see what his "do's and don'ts" were as for position it says "ask me" (always a bit of a red flag for me).
