That rate sounds reasonable to me (especially for your market, NYC) but obviously YMMV, especially if you're one of these clients who--even as a first-timer--expects package deals for a (low) price and has a problem with the "menu system" (thank you, OP: "It's ok if there is an upsell. After all it's a totally different service"). I've paid $400/hour for "less" from a high quality provider.

UPDATE: 3 months later (snapshotted today) the Atlanta numbers haven't changed in a statistically-meaningful way- the average incall rate dropped $7 to $204 and outcall up a dollar to $236.
The normal ebb and flow of people doesn't shift the numbers much....
Next step - correlate inches to rate.

Hamilton is the guy I just posted about today, who I gave the negative review to. I also talked about him the other day, after the massage, but I didn't mention his name. However, since you ASKED, I don't feel reluctant to give you a good answer. If you can see the negative reviews (I'm sure my review hasn't been posted yet, as I sent it this morning), or if you can see my review before he takes it down, do so.
This guy does NOT give a sensual massage, let alone erotic. Stay away.
