Here is another one from that series. The hungry guy on the table finally gets some of what he wants. https://m.boyfriendtv.com/videos/508538/-hunky-channel--massage-13/?sort=re

My experience is that he is consistently one of the best around. He has that Eastern Euro réserve that cam come off cold. But again, he warmed up after a few visits.

I thought better of hiring him, just a gut feel... didn’t know why really something just seemed off. Now these responses confirm my gut feel...We don’t need fakes on top of Covid.

Also interested in any 411

I appreciate the perspectives shared here. For me, it is about safety and risk assessment. The reality: the virus is still new, unpredictable, potentially very dangerous, and testing is not completely reliable. All of this argues on the one hand for caution and the ability to wait until we know more about how to better assess risks. On the other hand, life cannot become unlivable. One cannot become incapacitated by an over-abundance of fear and caution. Life does go on. If it gets to the point of really needing a massage (for whatever reason), it seems reasonable to choose a very trusted provider and discuss needs and modalities and come to an agreeable arrangement of how to proceed with risks fully on the table. Those risks have been shared in multiple posts here so won’t repeat. For now, the days of “just pick a new guy and take the plunge to see what happens” are, at best, suspended. Not smart. Honest communication, high respect for boundaries and hygiene are the keys here. It just takes one bad exposure to get the virus, And, has been said multiple times here, it’s Russian Roulette.

If you have to pick one masseur for the rest of your life...

Wow. I’ve never experienced that with him. I wonder if he was just having a bad day or something. I remember a year ago I made an appointment with him and when I got there he had remembered my birthday and welcomed me like a friend and gave me quite the massage full of technique and loads of energy all the way to the end. -
This is for sure my new fave. He’s gorgeous.

With all of the unknowns about contagion it seems wise to be extra careful about hiring guys you don’t know. My go to guys are fanatics about hygiene anyway and are just as concerned about clients. For me the best option is to put a hold on unknowns and just talk about it with your regulars. Communication and mutual respect wins the day.

It’s too bad. But he isn’t the only advertiser who has buff pictures but the current reality it’s quite different... maybe they used to be buff and a muscle stud but no more. Pictures are old and the massage is really sub par. I’ve run into that more than once and it’s unfortunate.

My experience with masseurs has been so wildly varied over the years that claims of years of experience on websites such as MF and RM ring hollow. However, I’ve wondered how seriously the websites themselves vet applicants’ claims of experience or licensing they agree to advertise. Different states have different requirements for advertising massage and I suppose different websites hosted in different countries are variously permissive or restrictive. Have had a string of “less-than” massages lately and can’t imagine any of these guys had training of any kind and if they did it was abysmal or they should have failed the class. On the other hand, it is very clear when some of the very best massages I’ve had come from those who have superb training and experience. So my question, is “buyer beware” our best shot at a good experience made more secure by consulting shared experiences on this site?

Any info on Marco from Dallas? Visiting my town and I’m curious if it’s worth the hire. Any info is helpful https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/39559/

I remember seeing this ad sometime ago, did some research and found the pictures (not the current ones on RentMasseur but the ones formerly associated with the ad) were of someone else, a male model whose name I don’t remember. Not sure about current photos but enough to make me very cautious without further verification.

I remember also reading it and had the same reaction. Stay away!

Definitely a cutie... anyone?

411 on Jonathan from San Antonio visiting San Diego; soon to Los Angeles
Kody S replied to + 7829V's topic in Spas & Masseurs
Disappointing. He is visiting in my city and I would like to try him, but don’t want a lackluster massage or a “no connection” experience with the masseur. Ugh. -
I agree. And it is so hard to normalize any of this. And the matter is further complicated by providers who offer more sensual services at therapeutic prices (or less). Or those who say they are only therapeutic and then offer more either by choice, design, happenstance or just ‘cuz. And everything in between. What bothers me more than anything are those providers who advertise one thing and then deliver something completely different, are not the people in pictures, or worse try to upsell during the massage. Having said that, I greatly appreciate those who deliver what they advertise and do so in an excellent way.

Going to London in a bit, may give him a try.

Im all about finding a guy who actually is skilled and cares about the quality of the massage. The rest is a bonus (and a nice bonus, don’t get me wrong). I’ll have to try Dann and Brandon.

Thé forum should create some kind of reimbursement fund for those who « take one for the team » and it turns out to be horrible, a waste of money, or a totally weird experience. Lol

He is gorgeous. Any info?

Also interested in Sebastian. His price is high which makes me both curious and wary.

My word... what a horror show. I’m surprised he has any clients at all with all these bad experiences. Story after story. There are others out there that also should not be practicing. Yikes.
-
My word, this guy sounds like a nightmare... I hate it when pictures are old, massage is bad, and unsuspecting people are scammed or worse.
-
Wow... thanks for saving me a bad experience.
