I discovered a content creator who is 100% my type and am thinking of spoiling myself and taking the plunge and hiring for the first time. Couple of questions for the forum: 1) He’s proposing $550 an hour. Does that seem like an appropriate rate for someone in DC? I have no idea what market is but I was expecting something closer to $400. 2) Is it generally okay to ask if he’d meet for less?
