Not sure why they select some faces instead of others, but in Japan pornography laws do not allow fully exposed genitalia whether male or female, hence the pixellation. Once upon time they used to put animatd image blockers like butterflies or flowers over the genitals, which were even more jarring.

Or the masseur could have gotten it on his own from his private sex life, it doesn't have to come from a client. Yeah, this has been mentioned a few times with various fake site setups, originally with fake rentmasseur (.net, I think) sites with stolen graphics. But this new (and rather nicely done) site is a step up in the scam setup! Don't fall for it, @Reckless
