There's a bit of a birthmark or alopecia-type spot on his lower abdomen, and I think the nipple coloration is part of the same situation. That's my take, at least; but I'm not a dermatologist.

Went back and saw this, beancounter, after you brought it up. At first I thought it must be a scam; after reading it, not so sure. He's been friendly on Whatsapp about his LA dates, but I have not yet received fee information from him. Don't know whether to bring this up, or not . . . With it in his linktree, it can hardly be thought of as private.

I tend to prefer the chat as I don't like having details on my text thread; usually happy to move to Whatsapp, if that's available; but I still will reach out on chat for the immediacy of it, when I see a provider I know or am interested in, on-line.

Encouraging texting on Whatsapp. Having said that, he's noted that before he arrives in the states, he's taking down his RM profile. Not sure I understand why (and I could certainly ask) but wanted to alert everyone before he does so.

I did meet with him in his former iteration. I liked him, although he's declined to meet with me again for the activity we engaged in. We had tentative plans to connect over other, less overt activities, but haven't done so yet. My guess is, he's hesitant/unsure about how much of this (all 'this') he really wants to participate in. Got the impression money was not a big motivator for him.
