You can't find it anywhere these days. So delicious and incredibly rich. Pair it with your best Montrachet. It has gone the way of the wonderful dishes of yesterday - like Tournedos Rossini. "Special occasion" dishes don't seem to exist any more. Sure, they are bad for you - but you don't eat them everyday.
