  1. I was browsing Grindr recently and a nice looking guy hit me up. His profile stated he was a massage therapist so I wasn’t surprised when he asked me if I was interested in a massage. I told him I was and, long story short, he sent me a website address to go to so I could book the massage. The link is Musclemarvels.com. The site looks legitimate but it requires prepayment for the massage using a credit card. I told the therapist I was uncomfortable having to register and prepay for a service yet to be rendered. In the back of my mind I kept thinking “scam” but the site looks so professional and on the up and up. I politely declined the massage.

I was wondering if anybody here on the Forum was familiar with this site or had used one of their therapists (escorts).

If this belongs in a different forum feel free to move it.

The same happened to me with legitimate looking masseuses who reached out to me on Grindr. They appeared decent but ALL redirected me to an “appointment” site which required a small deposit fee via credit card. Each site had a different name but all followed the same format identical to musclemarvels.com. Too many red flags. Unfortunately Grindr has become literally infested with fakes, flakes and scammers. The scammers are getting really good too.

  2. I have had massage sessions before that ended with a HE and that’s ok with me. I never had an erotic massage before. A new masseur I hired started out like all the others but after 15 minutes or so he moved my hand to his hard penis so I fondled it for awhile. He then positioned his hardon directly in front of my face so I performed oral on him. He had me get off of the massage table to continue performing oral on his bed meanwhile he got me so hot that I jerked off and came.

Besides rubbing my back for 15 minutes he didn’t touch me anywhere else. The session lasted 30 minutes or so. Kind of felt ripped off for i was expecting a 60 minute massage. Is this a typical erotic massage? I have no idea.

  3. I work in a totally different field and I have clients as well. What I don’t understand is the lack of follow up by providers. If I don’t touch base with my clients on a regular basis they can easily go into the hands of my competitor and I lose them forever - especially in a market saturated with rivals.

I have yet had one masseur text saying if interested I’m around or similar. Im now in the clients role and I will go to someone else and they’ve lost a potential regular and a potential steady stream of income. Show interest in your clients and theres 90% chance they’ll come back to you.

  4. Last evening, I rec'd several unsolicited photos from someone on Grindr who hinted at a hookup. The photos were of a very hot twenty-something with a thong tan line and a nice bulge. No monetary exchange was mentioned by either of us. Just when I thought that perhaps I might be receiving an early Xmas present, he sent the following message indicating that he required some type of verification on "MMRM" before our rendezvous:

"MMRM is where I can check if you're not an lgbtq offender just because last time, I met someone here accompanied with guy. That guy have a gun and point it on my head and they robbed me. Nothing left on me, and it was traumatic.

And this MMRM is for the site to know who i am with so whatever happen to me they know where i am and who i am with, that's the very essence of it. Hope you got me."

    (These messages are verbatim.)

Obviously (I guess) some type of scam. Perhaps a blackmail set-up? Or maybe the site he was pushing (MMRM) requires a payment? Anybody heard of this MMRM? I did not respond to his message nor did he send any further messages.

It’s a fake profile will forward your information to an adult paying site. I don’t use Grindr anymore cause it’s literally infested with scammers and the scammers are getting better each time too.

  6. not sure how to word this so it doesn't sound too bad but....

There are some ads which im like how the HELL are you charging that much

But when guys like us pay it, it enables them I guess

I’ve noticed that with guys that post new ads a few days old. These guys are definitely “not up to par with the competition” and are asking outrageous amounts. This just sends me a signal they’re amateurs looking to make a quick buck and disappear #AVOID

  7. Dayuse. As low as $60 for 4 hours. Hotwire also good, esp now rates are super low - you might be able to score a full overnight for not much more than dayuse. Careful on Hotwire, advertised rates often don't include a resort fee which can be as much as $30-40 (you'll know before you pay, but pay attention); some hotels don't charge that at all.

Awesome I just installed the app!

  8. Best to walk away and stop all communications - aka block - you might have with the escort. Remember when you are in that state of mind you interpret all acts of kindness by the escort as “ maybe he really loves me” which is delusional thinking. If you ignore/block him he’ll just move to another client. As someone told me - escorts are salesman. Some are really good at sales and will do or say anything to keep the >money< rolling in. Bottom line it’s a business plain and simple.

  9. Totally agree with you. I mean pre-pandemic it was common for me to go to the same restaurant and sit in the same server's section because they were great at their job. I enjoyed the food and great service and it satisfied my needs. I didn't spend the rest of my day wondering if my server was in love with me. They probably were like.."I like him he comes in all the time, great chit chat, he's respectful and he tips well..I hope he keeps coming back" Thats it. Theres gonna be someone else at that table as soon as I leave and hopefully they have the same experience that I just had. I think we put too much pressure on this whole business when we should be enjoying ourselves.

    Perfect analogy!

  10. Beautiful man, great body, pics and profile lean towards escort, more than massage...surely many add-ons.

I checked he’s not on Rentmen and appears certified too. I’m a little leery cause of the too perfect pics and his response to that one guy who gave him a bad review - typical Miami Beach Queen attitude of “ you can’t afford me.” Seen that attitude before.
