Works well and the 1/2 dose level seems to work for most things just fine.

You may have already tried this, but if not, I would suggest try using the free and gentle one you have but use 1/2 or 1/3 as much as recommended and do an extra rinse cycle. There have been a number of studies that say the average person uses way too much detergent (and detergent manufacturers are ok with that!). 
I also think woolite may be worth trying.

Wow. Agreed. I’ve met him a few years ago for “regular” kind of rates. He was nice but I wouldn’t pay anywhere near those rates for time with him. Wow. Good for him (hopefully he’s getting people to pay that!  Not me).

I’ve been eyeing his ad too. Let me know if anyone meets him. I periodically get to Atlanta (and expect to soon again now that travel is resuming) and he looks like someone I’d like to spend some time with…..appreciate any comments.
