When I lived in NYC, I had some really great experiences with MMX. Pictures were generally accurate and people seemed genuinely interested in giving and receiving good massages....and if more happened, it happened organically.

Does anyone know of a spa that offers a nuru-style massage?

My two cents. Having lived in Washington for three years, I still have yet to experience a truly memorable massage. Most of the guys are "okay," but for the most part, their fees and reviews do not meet or exceed expectations. Here are a few that I'd recommend.
