Good morning azdr It's a funny thing about timing in that you brought this old posted inquiry of mine up when you did just now. As it happens, yesterday I came across 2 vids online that featured Sean & I admit to some measure of regret that he & I did not meet. The fact that I chose not to book with Sean had nothing at all to do with him personally but rather my decision was made in view of his choice of accommodation while he stayed in Midtown Atlanta. Located 1/2 block away from the now closed homeless shelter that was once the largest in the city by far, the street scene in that immediate area has been severely impacted in the negative for years. Given that I try to avoid driving into the city whenever possible, I would have instead used the train system which would have meant I'd have had to do a 3 block walk through the midst of that dicey street scene, something I have done a few times before. Not generally one to be intimidated in my choices as to where I venture around the city for all of my adult lifetime here, I have nevertheless mellowed into a position of using common sense when caution is called for. Almost equally important in my decision to forego meeting Sean was my opinion of his specific choice of accommodation which was in an extended stay facility that does not have a good reputation. My biggest concern with that particular place would be a concern for cleanliness, a.k.a. bedbugs, etc. as well as the realization that the A.P.D. has had a history of running vice stings out of such locations. So, when the 2 thrusts of location concern in meeting Sean were taken into account, I had to demur.
