The companion I flew in to meet me left today and I am happy to report I had a great time with him. @MrMattBig I think some people with cerebral palsy have their cognitive abilities impacted which means he may not fully understand the situation (not a doctor or psychiatrist so take this with a grain of salt). I think you were more than kind to hear him out and engage in a discussion. But it would make sense to not continue to engage with him if he doesn’t understand. I think his case may be different than a time waster without a mental disability though. Just my perspective...
