I’m in my late 40s and fairly healthy but it seems Covid doesn’t discriminate and even younger healthy people can end up dead or super sick. Hence I’m not sure when things will be normal even with a vaccine
I understand people’s preferences regarding hiring straight vs non straight guys and respect their views. But straight guys and people are not the enemy. I have great guy friends that are straight and have met some companions that are also straight and found them kind and great people. So I strongly disagree with this statement.
Completely agree. Prefer clothes and shoes that no one can tell how much they cost or what brand they are like John Lobb, Kiton or Brunello Cucinelli. I like quality and clothes that fit well. I don’t like being a walking billboard.
Thanks for everyone who responded. I prefer to host in my hotel but I was wondering about hosting in my home. I think I will just be really cautious and make sure I know the person well before I take the leap.

Added link to ? for reference. I think it depends on the guy. For me it’s about chemistry and personality and don’t necessarily disqualify someone because he is straight.
I’m a middle age man and an adult who understands the risks. The thing I will think about is my family (elderly parents and relatives with health issues) and the fact even if I don’t get sick I could transmit something to them that could kill them. I don’t think I would be able to live with myself if I passed it on to someone and they died.
Alanis morrisette’s “You ought to know”; in the 90s one of my roommate’s would play it 24x7 and it drove me absolutely nuts. I get a nervous tick if I ever hear it...
My neighbor is 92, still drives and take a daily walk. So if I can be like her, I want to live as long as I am still active, have my mental abilities and can be independent.
