This week I had a milestone birthday and have been feeling down about it. Not sure why but feel like things will be downhill moving forward and it re-enforced some feelings of loneliness that made me sad. Curious if others have felt the same way.

Sure and I don’t judge others but in my case due to asthma I can’t risk getting covid no matter how much I may want to meet people right now; I can’t risk ending up on a ventilator or worse...
