Completely understand the frustration but it’s the nature of technology and why most companies have DR SOPs in place; very rarely do they have an RPO which does not result in some data loss.

I’ve received crappy service from multiple providers (e.g. doctors, accountants, etc); if I asked for a discount I’d get laughed at. Even restaurants and hotels will rarely give you a discount for mediocre service. So write a review but asking for a discount doesn’t seem the right thing to do in my opinion
