Wow. This goes back to the early 2000s as I recall. I just remember him being an eternally young teenager for many years which became kind of joke. Also something about having royal lineage which I thought was as fake as he was. I ran into him at the Beverly Center years ago and he definitely stood out and not in a good way. I've watched some personal testimonies on YouTube of guys who got circumcised and completely regretted it later. I have no issue one way or the other if an adult wants to get it done. I do have a big issue with forcing males get to get it done though. Circumcision removes a lot of nerve cells and protection. There's a reason why so many men later on in life have erectile issues as the penis becomes more desensitized over time.
