Meeting on Friday. Communication has been great. The providers I am talking to are on the same page and very open to what I am looking for. Staggering this as one longer time period for one guy and the other two are there for two hours. Hotel requires a key for the elevator, so didn’t really want huge gaps as to not have to break the action to go meet someone in the lobby. Two of the providers have worked together before (with one being the primary), so there will be a good starting point.

In my own experience, i haven't done a group more than 3 guys. But the way I've always done it is i either hire all the guys individually myself (and i run it by each of them who the other guys are and make sure everyone's cool). Or i usually have one regular hire who will be participating in the group and i ask him to pick guys for me. He asks other providers he already knows and has worked with before or browses RentMen himself and runs the options by me and i pick from the list. He knows the types of guys i like and it lets him pick guys he's attracted to too or simply can work easiest with. So everybody wins.
Pricing depends. The majority of the time i've done group play, all the guys charged the same rate as if i was seeing them solo. But i have had one time where i was putting together the group myself and the second provider i wanted to join my regular and i wanted double his normal rate. So i guess he charges per person involved regardless of if it's clients or fellow providers he's working with. I ended up not having him join.

I'm putting together a similar group this month, as a birthday present to myself. Three providers + me.  I've done 3 somes before, always with my most regular provider. He and I started planning the evening earlier this summer by discussing whom else I might want for the birthday. I sort of gave him veto power, as I've run my choices by him.  I have guy no. 2 on board (another semi-regular hire of mine) and soon to close the deal (I hope) with provider #3 (who'll be new to me, and to #1 and #2 as well).
What's different from the OP is that I've hiring for different times: #3 for 1.5 hours, #1 for 4-5, and #2 for overnight.  So sometimes I'll be having a one-on-one, sometimes playing with 2, and sometimes with all 3.

That said, unless you have been elected President of the International Brotherhood of Masseurs, the financial arrangements between a client and a willing, of age therapist is emphatically and without any doubt whatsoever, none of your business at all. You have a right to an opinion. But so do I and every other person on this planet. They generally mean squat. 
Everyone should do their own thing. Therapists can choose to see clients or not. They can offer extras for a stated price, or not. They can choose to not offer any extras at all! Or offer them just to people who appeal for o them. No big deal. It either works for the parties or it does not.

(I am certainly not including any potential human trafficking scenario in Bangkok in my opinion. That is a very different topic altogether. I’m talking about good old USA based grown men, most of whom could probably whip my ass! (Not in a sexual way))
