How do you search for these tagged topics?

I usually take my main rent guy with me on a travel trip so that he can then do all the work finding guys who I may be interested in and then I finally decide who else I hire. Usually have one or two providers who join, but a few times had more. I make it more interesting sometimes - directing the whole play and deciding who does whom. If I find any provider not getting too involved, I just ask them to leave and get my main guy to find another.
