If you search "Italo" on pornhub, you can find a couple of videos of him bottoming.

I messaged him last week and he replied, fortunately I didn't take the plunge. I found the Twitter account of the guy in the pics and yeah they belong to a Brazilian porn star. To add insult to injury, all the videos I can find are of him bottoming. Crime to let a big tool like that go to waste!

It definitely should be considered a red flag. So far for me the guys who've asked up front have at least been nice about it. The last one said something like "I'm worried I'll forget to ask for it after". They were also positive experiences otherwise.
Agree with other posters that if payment is required up front then you get the agreed upon amount, nothing extra.
Sometimes I'll have the money out in a conspicuous place so I know they will see it when they walk in. That way we don't even have to talk about it. I figure if they grab it and run they were planning on ripping me off anyway. Hasn't happened yet *knock wood*
