Depends on whether he's at home or traveling among other things. At home a provider is less likely to be busy although busy days do happen. Also many providers would rather not cum in order to save it for a potential client or a hookup later. Some simply refuse to do it for a 1 hour appointment which is logical. We had an escort who doesn't post anymore who used to claim about having five clients a day on a trip on average while at the same time talking about going to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner....
