I get your point but providers must get a hold of the conversation in order to ask the right question and give information specially now by text. Sometimes clients just don't know what to ask Where are you? When are you looking to getting together? What do you get into? My issue or advice to them is to be polite and at the same time know how to get to the point while making plans with potential clients.
