Because it's a pain in the ass and not in a good way. Most messages are hi?, what's up?, how are you?, rate?, etc. Before potential clients were able to send an email with sentences, now every time they click enter it goes as one message. Most folks tell me that it's nothing but a way to waste time. If someone is interested he'll make the effort to communicate by text and getting to the point.

Am I alone thinking that that's a stupid question? If I provider is home and showered he can see a client in 1 minute. If he is half an hour away from home and needs a shower maybe he needs more time.
