I'm 40, 41 in December, my kids were born when I was 21 and 23. I once hired a guy who said he was 21, but I was 33 and my kids were 10 and 12. Now, with a 19 year-old, I don't know I'd look for someone that young.

Maybe is my dyslexia but I thought you just said you hire guys close to your own age... between 33 and 21 there's a huge difference.

Now that you're 40 do you hire guys who are at least 35ish?
