we know that, it was at the airport.
What moron would overstay his visa and leave the country trying to come back after? Isn't that obvious.
As I said before TSA now shares information with ICE. Someone reported him and they (ICE agents) were able to find out where they could easily catch him.
Suspicion is not certainty.... now that we have more details that theory makes more sense.
As it happens in most cases about law enforcement getting basic information is like pulling teeth.
I remember an old thread about Honolulu... the OP was sworn to secrecy not to say any details by the provider. It was frustrating.
This was also about law enforcement but immigration.
I'm amazed that just for overstaying his tourist visa he was on the radar and ICE was able to find him.
Did he try to change his status? Maybe that's why he was targeted?
I know someone also overstaying his visa, fortunately he got into the country in 2002 with visa waiver, so far he's been under the radar and flying with his EU passport. Obviously, computers sooner or later might catch up with him.
Yes, unfortunately bureaucracy takes time, and he may not be able to get those medicines fast enough.
Or he could just place an ad in RM and go back to work.
That's all we needed to know for the story to make sense, no sting operation, he was the target.
Many times, threads warning about law enforcement operations lack basic information, in this case it was an immigration target.
If gas prices reach 9.99 in California or other places, some older pumps can work around it and start charging for 1/2 a gallon because they can't mark prices higher than 9.99
I don't believe that's going to be the case but it's already at $6.16 today
Thank you!
Now it all makes sense!
He was in the system, and they waited for him to fly in order to catch him. TSA now shares information with ICE as if keeping flights safe and on time wasn't enough.
We take so much for granted!
