You're 31. Do you hire guys now that are younger or older than you? I discovered when I turned 40 that all of the sudden SO MANY guys were younger and the number of younger guys kept getting larger. Agreed, great subject by @orville and answering his question yes I hire good looking athletic guys in their 20's and 30's just like I was back then. I hire mostly white (Nordic and Mediterranean) looking guys. I'm of Irish ancestry but I was never recognized on the street as an "ethnic" looking person like some other members of my family who were Irish a block away. I think whether you hire your younger self depends primarily of how you looked back then... If you're Asian in your 40's/50's and you hire All American looking guys into sports? Are you hiring your younger self?
