Considering @NikoLeto is a member of the forum sooner or later he was going to find out someone was talking about it. Unlike you and me escorts aren't anonymous, as advertisers they're public personas and therefore things said about them could affect their reputation, safety, livelihood, etc. I could have PM but I also felt like @FrankR he had to be informed on here too. Many times folks have posted about X escort not knowing they were members either. Is not clear if that was the case...
