I went for the first time in many, many months last night at Side Door and actually had a nice time. Much smaller group of dancers, maybe 6. Still primarily guys from the DR, but at least 2 other gentlemen from elsewhere. No one went up on the makeshift stage, so it was just making small talk with the guys at the bar. The private room is still upstairs but now completely dark.

I was there this past Saturday and Sunday and had a great time. Nice mix of dancers - lots of familiar faces plus some new guys. Federico is gorgeous.

The general rule of thumb for me in the PVR clubs: How much is a basic tip, I guess for sitting with me 10 minutes? For sitting in public for 10 minutes chatting/feeling - $200-300MXN depending on how interactive. For the shower show? $20MXN minimum. For touching fondling groping? In public and only for a minute or two - $60-100MXN. In private and as part of an arranged meet (private dance) - $300-500MXN. Kissing? Not sure, but that would probably start at $500-1000MXN depending on the venue. Sucking him? Not sure, but probably looking at $3000-5000MXN territory. Him being interactive Again, depends on the context. Feeling up with groping and kissing in public areas of the club I would guess would range at $500-1000MXN. If in private, looking more at $3000MXN and up.
