I just ask. As others say, sensual means different things to different people. Sometimes I get a vague answer, sometimes I get a very specific list of what to expect from each type of massage. often: still on a massage table or Thai massage mats on the floor, masseur in underwear or naked, perhaps some massaging of private areas front and back (may or may not be mutual), and an intentional release towards the end — this is still more massage than “extras”
for me it moves to erotic/deli territory if the massage is just a pretense (< 10 minutes of massage before moving to play), and if there is any oral or penetration, this may or may not be on a massage table. If I show up for a massage and only I bed is offered, I can usually assume that it will a deli experience

I always ask. I understand if they don’t want to discuss by text, or over the phone. So I usually ask before the massage starts. “Sensual means different things to different people, what does it mean to you?” And also include my own limits, and expectations.
