I agree with the stomach massage… it can be a great part of a massage, but is usually avoided. I have very sensitive nipples. They feel very good when rubbed, or touched. So I sometimes ask for them not to be touched. More than once, I’ve required extra clean up from nipple rubbing alone.

My 10th grade PE teacher gave us instructions on how to shower (and showers were mandatory after PE in those days) - make sure to get the neck, pits and crotch.  He occasionally showered with us and it was no big deal.  FWIW, 50 years later, when someone from the community FB group asks about best/favorite teachers, he is always on the list. 
I was extremely unathletic in my youth (much to my mother's chagrin) and I only took PE because it was a required class.  The showers were the only part of PE that I liked.
