This recalls growing up on a farm. Lots of heaving sacks of grain. Baling. Physical labor from a young age. It was a great way to grow up. Led to me being one of the fittest guys in my class. All the farm boys were. However, I didn’t realize how much motivation keeping that physique would require once I got to college, which was of course not as physical demanding. Working to get it back ever sense.
