I do not read Brandin as saying he does not offer escort svcs vs that's not what was booked and therefore off the table. If that, reasonable - you get what you schedule. If not that, then agree the ad is false advertising.

Apart from OP’s experience let me add mine. Have met Brandin a few times (as recently as the last 48 hours) going back a couple of years. my experiences have always been extremely positive without issue. Looks like his pictures, accommodating etc. Def recommend.
