There is a grit to our fair city, but we New Orleans' natives may disagree a bit on characterizing our city as a dump. Get out of the Quarter - no one from NOLA really ever goes to the Vieux Carre except for the odd special occasion - sort of like visiting a zoo to see drunk tourist. Visit the Faubourg Marigny, along some of the side streets to Frenchman Street you will find some of the best jazz clubs in the world. Some of the best restaurants in the US are in the Lower Garden district and two or three have opened in the Warehouse District have appeared in a couple of national food magazines. Take the street car to Audubon Park and then take a stroll through Tulane on a nice sunny day and take in all the gorgeous boys..... NOLA has a lot to offer. Escorts, not so much. Grindr, however......

From what I could see, the boys were hot except for the one almost dancing on the platform in the front bar. The others - and there were several boys in the bar - weren't dancing or circulating. They were all hanging out in groups of friends as near as I could tell. Not sure how they make money with that approach. It seems more like a neighborhood bar with a few kids hanging out in g-strings than a go/go bar.

The Lucky Horseshoe....I've tried it out twice and honestly I've never been so bored in my life.
