Mandelic acids are fantastic for people who have sensitive skin and can't handle harder chemicals: https://theordinary.com/product/rdn-mandelic-acid-10pct-ha-30ml?redir=1 I'm also a huge fan of Azelaic acid. It's a nice change for when your skin gets used to AHA/BHA (and it does). https://theordinary.com/product/rdn-azelaic-acid-suspension-10pct-30ml?redir=1 @bloop: Even with oily skin, what you're describing would be considered over-cleaning/exfoliation by most derms. In doing this, you actually force your skin into producing more sebum, as your epidermis goes into fight or flight mode. Be careful as to how long you keep this current skincare routine. It might seem like it's working, but long term, it will damage your skin.

The best zinc oxide based SPF isn't cheap, but it also doesn't leave you with a dusty clown face either. I've tried a lot of the cheaper ones (Neutrogena, CeraVe) and they always left my skin color looking a little funny. This La Roche-Posay isn't cheap, but it blends in perfectly: https://www.amazon.com/Roche-Posay-Anthelios-Ultra-Light-Mineral-Sunscreen/dp/B007U54P36/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1536813909&sr=8-3&keywords=la%2Broche%2Bposay%2Bmineral%2Bsunscreen&th=1 Bare Minerals also makes a great mineral SPF: https://www.amazon.com/bareMinerals-Mineral-Shield-Daily-Lotion/dp/B01ETSLIO0/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1536813975&sr=8-1&keywords=bare+minerals+prep+step+mineral+shield Dermalogica doesn't blend in quite as quickly, but it's no chopped liver: https://www.amazon.com/Dermalogica-Sensitive-Shield-Sunscreen-Lotion/dp/B007SPQA36/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1536814045&sr=8-1&keywords=dermatologica+super+sensitive+shield

That's why I went the K-skincare route. But it's not 'impossible' to avoid... Like reading nutritional labels, it just takes some research and discipline. There are many other quality skincare brands that haven't been swallowed up yet: Malin & Goetz, ReVive, Aesop and- one of my favorites- The Ordinary. I still like some big company brands: SK-II (owned by P&G) continues to make great product.

Different cards serve different purposes. There are cards I have that make my traveling life a lot easier. Some come with a good points system or cash back if you're willing to navigate that jungle. Others are as simple as an incredibly low APR. If you have strong credit, you can usually negotiate with creditors for a mix of all three.

Yes, a dermatologist is a good thing, especially when it comes to more complex skin issues as we age. Most of what I am posting involves preventative care for guys who are looking for effective cleansing/moisturizing regimen. I tend to stay away from L'Oreal and Estee Lauder products, as they are well-known in the industry for buying anything decent and cheapening the original formula.
-
Agreed. Most new, unwashed towels and sheets have a ton of 'finishing' on them: A spray combo of urea resin and formaldehyde used to keep the fabric crisp, fresh smelling and spot-free.

The cornerstone of any K-skincare routine should start with these products: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ECQCVK0/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013HHJV0C/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CE5P580/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Hada Lobo makes brilliant products at very affordable prices. http://hadalabousa.com/home/

Why are so many Young Men so shy about Nudity?
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to + HornyRetiree's topic in The Lounge
I thought about this thread the other day when I was at an Equinox gym in London. I overheard a young(er) member complaining to the front desk about 'naked guys in the locker room.' I guess he had his skirt in a twist over the fact that some men didn't have a towel on when they were shaving at the sink or whatnot. I found it funny. I don't know what the front desk did about it, but fuck... It's a men's LOCKER ROOM. -
Gracias. Much appreciate the compliment I took some time away from 15MM, but have recently redesigned the look and gotten back into writing over the last couple of months. It's been fun sharing my life again in longer form than just a twitter post.

This is the gospel truth. K-skincare is some of the best in the world and it's not expensive. It just takes some time to find the routine that works best for your skin. Added, no matter how well a topical might work, if you really want to get the job done, nothing beats DOT/Triniti laser treatments, photo facials, Botox and well-placed filler. The major problem with most people is that they don't practice preventative care: They wait until they see themselves aging and then rush to find a fix.

I mean, really... To have to suffer Manhattan living in a classic eight. Somehow, I'm sure she'll muster the willpower to move forward
-
Exactly correct. There's no scalpel incision, so it's considered medically non-invasive. Even when a cannula is used in cooperation with a syringe, it's still considered a non-invasive procedure. And Botox is not really expensive: It certainly doesn't have to be. $6-12 a unit is the usual spread. Anything more is highway robbery. Anything less is likely sugar water or you're fortunate enough to know the right people and are getting it at cost.

As per the ASPS... And no, anal bleaching is not mentioned anywhere. https://www.plasticsurgery.org/news/press-releases/new-statistics-reveal-the-shape-of-plastic-surgery

How often you check your RM mail?
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to JamesMorris's topic in Questions About Hiring
If you're more comfortable over email, that's fine: Just ask the guy through the RM mail system for his private address. RM messages are known to not go through, get sent into spam, etc. It's unreliable at best. I nearly always ask that guys use my private email address for communication. -
First thought: He must have some serious ass-volume And bottom line, if you want to play safe, put a condom on and then fuck the guy. That includes if he is only teasing with his butt cheeks. Don't be the guy who comes here to puritanically warn others of evil bottoms who took advantage of him

There is a ton of speculation, but no one will really know until Apple has their event on 9/12. I just hope it fits on the inductive charging pad in my car. The X fits fine with room to spare. We shall see.

Gettin' the Band Back Together
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to edjames's topic in Live Theater & Broadway
Yikes. Davenport is trying to garner some sympathy with some of those quotes, but frankly, any Broadway producer needs to have a thick skin when investing in this world. -
Kennedy Center is doing a short run of this show with a solid cast. That cast is much more likely to transfer. http://www.kennedy-center.org/calendar/event/TTBCA The Regents production in London has a better shot of getting a West End run, but I think they would shuffle the cast a bit if that happened.

The two leads were solid. Seymour had a bell-clear, strong voice. Their Audrey had West End cred, but she didn't have the belt to make some of her songs really soar. Her acting on the other hand was tops. She didn't carbon-copy Greene (which was smart). Made her own Audrey. Vox as Audrey II was fine. He played a lot to the audience and much like any drag queen who was working a room in a gay bar. The choice to give him a non-functional hand mic was an odd one (he was wearing a lavalier). Vox's voice was fantastic, but it did feel like he was just mimicking Levi Stubs from the film at times. The Dentist was a known member of a once-popular boyband in the UK. He was played as a bisexual, which made the book scenes between himself and Seymour interesting, odd and very different from what I've seen before. Mushnik played it like a camp film noir. Lots of arched eyebrow. Very fun performance. Good accent and sang the patter songs well. The groundbreaking: Ronnettes who truly danced (contemporary, pop-lock style, all while keeping perfect, belted harmonies). An ensemble who was also brilliantly choreographed. A set that went from a very creepy black & white to color throughout the show. Interesting 'skyscraper' set pieces that spun, moved and illuminated to serve multiple function. Also, my biggest love of this show came from the prop designer: Everything (plants, flowers in Mushnik's) were recycled other objects (toilet brushes, plungers, trash, dildos). Very interesting concept and it kept you looking for all of the interesting little pieces scattered around the set.

Best production of this show I've ever seen. It's really brilliantly done, breaks new ground and is a real joy to watch. If you're around London, check it out before it closes on 9/22. https://openairtheatre.com/production/little-shop-of-horrors https://www.timeout.com/london/theatre/little-shop-of-horrors-review

VividSeats - any users?
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to LaffingBear's topic in Live Theater & Broadway
I've used them, but have much more trust in StubHub and TicketsNow. They have strong guarantee policies and are very clear about seating. Vivid is more like a traditional ticket agency: They give you a ballpark area and THEN secure the tickets once you pay. They don't have any inventory in-hand. -
If the police want something from you, they're going to figure out a way to get it. Same goes for CBP. My advice is to keep nothing incriminating on your phone. As to the iPhone discussion: I plan on going from an X to the X Plus
