It's always been my understanding that photos aren't allowed at these events, for just this reason. I don't know why no one said anything. If I'd known you were taking pictures, I certainly would have said something. Rob

Yes, it's fixed now. The picture at the top wasn't too bad, but when the same picture was repeated, about halfway down the page, you could click on it, and enlarge it to about 4000 by 3000 pixels. The thing was HUGE, and my face was very clearly visible, along with at least two others. Thank you for fixing it. Rob

Considering your comments in an earlier blog post about guests appreciating anonymity and discretion, I have to say that I was VERY surprised to see myself included in one of the photos from the pool party. A photo that I was neither aware of, nor consented to. I would appreciate you cropping me out of it, thanks. Rob

That was a truly amazing show, and the best series finale I've ever seen. I've seen the montage at the end many times, and it still brings me to tears. Rob

I'm glad I'm not the only one who did!! We just got home a couple of hours ago. As always, the only thing I didn't like about the weekend is that it had to end. This was our sixth (!) consecutive PS weekend, and they just get better and better. The pool parties were so much fun (thank you, David and Oliver!) and the dinner at Trio, of course, was a highlight of our weekend. It's always so nice to reconnect with friends we don't see often enough, and to make new friends too. Karaoke at Streetbar last night was an unexpected treat. Quite a nice turnout, and some truly amazing singers in our midst! Thank you all for a wonderful weekend. We're already looking forward to seeing you guys again next year. Rob

I didn't see anyone taking pictures. I doubt it was anyone from this forum, but of course, we weren't the only ones staying there. Canyon Club certainly isn't the nicest resort in town, but we love the price and location, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rob

You are correct, sir. I finally gave up on bottoming, because I have literally never enjoyed it. Not once. Fortunately, I love topping (understatement alert, lol) and not to brag, but I've been told I'm pretty good at it. Rob

WorkOUT Gym is about a mile away, right down N. Palm Canyon from Canyon Club. I've been there once. I liked it, but thought it was a little small. But they've moved into a bigger building since then. There's also World Gym, about a mile and a half away at Vista Chino and Sunrise. I haven't been there yet (actually thinking about going next Friday) but I hear it's huge. And it's a World Gym, so I'm sure it's pretty great. Hope that helps, looking forward to meeting you! Rob

SpurLine is now Quadz. By the way, Wayne and I will be doing karaoke there Thursday night, 9-midnight. They're raising money for a guy who's participating in this year's AIDS Lifecycle ride from SF to LA. They'll be selling raffle tickets, and all the tips the karaoke host gets will be donated too.
