I always considered my previous wages at prior jobs in this regard. They have a set rate they work for. These guys constantly get flaked on and lowballed. If you were looking for employment and your offers were even slightly lower that wouldn't exactly get you excited right. I am very thorough with who I hire and when I do I take care of them.
