The Red Square Spa in Chicago had exactly what you described. I last visited in 2017. Full nudity by patrons. Old fashioned massage and scrub by a Russian man, which included a scrub and a "platza" which is a beating by bundled oak leaves leaf in the sauna. Not sensual, but not prude. I would do it again.
The name may have changed from Red Square Spa to Bathhouse Spa.
