I do not follow her closely to know about the last concert problem. She was just ok in the Boston tryout of "Funny Girl" many, many years ago. Luckily the problems must have been fixed before New York. But Streisand was wonderful in "Wholesale."
Anyone who has hired escorts and actually talked to them knows it is a tough business.

I bought a ticket yesterday. Not a fan of Madison Square Garden, but, I did see U2 and Patti Smith there as well as James Taylor with Carole King. And in 1967, Judy Garland performed there.
@samhexum, Faye had a small part in Arthur Miller's play "After the Fall" in 1964. Barbara Loden played Miller's version of Marilyn Monroe. I do not remember Faye, but Loden was magical as Monroe. But it was far too soon, Marilyn Monroe died only two years earlier.
Bette Davis is quite likable on television talk shows, but apparently not on movie sets.
