I may be a bit more forgiving about Wozzeck than you. Clearly seeing in New York is the better choice though. Although it would prefer not to see next Sunday afternoon, I think.

t Sounds like what's going on in major league baseball today with firing of many of the Houston Astros leaders. I was planning to see a rebroadcast in a few days, but could travel 90 miles to see it on stage in New York. What do you recommend? Thanks for such an interesting post
  3. Some years ago I hired a Falcon Studios guy much in the news. I was contacted by PM here by a seemingly interested member. Actually, he was a journalist. He let me edit his articles about the guy. You have options beside just no and yes.
  4. However, occasionally taking chances is the right choice. If they pass, it may be too late to have a second chance.

  7. I have had trouble seeing when driving at night for many years, but it doesn't show up on any tests.
  8. I saw i him n "Hedwig" in New York so completely agree. Darren is coming back to Broadway in a revival of "American Buffalo" with Laurence Fishburne.
  9. I agree. Just not sure if a recording with Darren is readily available.
  10. Not sure listening to Broadway show tunes helps. A live concert however by a leading Broadway personality might benefit. Probably not Ethel Merman at Carnegie Hall (1982) though. The concert is available surprisingly.
  11. He didn't inherited the policy from Eisenhower. JFK was far more careless.
  12. I was in basic training in the Army at Fort Dix, New Jersey that Summer (1967). Tickets were available at the New York USO for Judy at the Palace. I remember Judy telling the audience how happy she was with her kids in New York. Judy at the Palace was more old fashioned vaudiville than Broadway.
