Almost one hundred percent of people in Philadelphia wear a mask outdoors. Mandatory. I am very greatful for the rule. Also, Philadelphia is hot as well. I forget two weeks to wear a mask, people outside noticed immediately and reminded me.

Everyone wears masks where I live in Eastern Pennsylvania, indoors and outdoors. I am very glad and greatful

I always wear a mask outdoors, despite Unicorn's post, I shall continue given the risks covid19 pose to folk with pre existing conditions.
