Please, read carefully. I said "young black urban boys from the hood", which is still a generalization but significantly more restricted than how you are paraphrasing. You probably do not work closely with at risk populations as I do. By no mean I mean all young urban black boys from the hood hold criminal records, I just imply that you have to get used to those cases if you are engaged with that specific population. I do not even mean that holding criminal records mean that they are criminal, I am just pointing out to a fact common in communities victims of discrimination. Maybe it is my bad English, but I reread my post and I still do not see anything wrong about it. Peace!
