Come on, guys, we all are receiving that letter. The excerpt quoted by the OP makes much more sense in the context of the full message, and specially in the context of the overall situation. They are trying to document that their intention is to respect and enforce the law. Call them stupid if you want, and probably they are doing some stupid stuff amid the panic wave we are going through, but they are trying to adjust and survive to the changing context. I have criticized RM many times for their euphemisms and other practices, but right now RM should not be the target of our criticism and sarcasm.

Well, good for you. My experience is similar. But I cannot ignore the millions who disagree with us and feel their lifestyle has been painfully impacted. So I rather respond to the situation expressing my empathy and support. I am glad you are aware our outlets may be next.

No outlet is 100% reliable. Verifying your candidate with other sources, like the reviews in Daddy's and other sites, and the direct experience you can get in these forums and in other alike, increases reliability to 100%. But then, well, sometimes chemistry just don't work. So reliability is never 100% in a first date.
