  1. As a newly transplanted urbanite from LA....this is just "laugh out loud" stuff.
  2. I do hope you realize it was just one of my "cheat days".... I love it when people order pizza or double bacon cheese burgers with fries, then insist on a "Diet Coke" or as you say a "lite beer"....OK that all balances out lol lol
  3. Well not completely...lol...Diet is probably 80% of it, but gym work is needed to carve them up, which is why I mentioned adhering to a strict diet just get old after awhile. Tonight I looked at the spinach salad, and thought for, oh maybe a second, and said F...it and called Dominos Pizza...again.
  4. I read many of the responses, but I will say that while some of it has to do with steroid use, most I suspect is just a persons lack of desire to continue the ab routine to a point of maintaining a six pack. After 40 years old, and working out for years, many of these guys just are not willing to maintain the strict diet and exercise routine that is needed to have that six pack. It is without a doubt the hardest area of the body to maintain. Just one thin layer of fat can cover up a nice six pack. Now is it possible to create and maintain a six pack after 40? Well of course. I see it all day long at the gym. There are guys who are well into there 50's and beyond with incredible bodies, so it is possible, just difficult.
  5. lol...I'm right behind you on the ab routine... lol, but it is such a difficult area to work, at this stage of my life it is almost damn near impossible to keep motivated with my abs, cause there ain't no way in hell I'm given up my Gin.
  6. Spot on WG...unfortunately as you mention one has to compensate with additional ab exercises, and there in lies the problem. Few guys are willing to go the extra mile to keep the abs in six pack form. It is a never ending battle. I know guys who work their abs twice a day, never ever drink alcohol and adhere to a strict diet. All well and good if you are pre-contest or for a short period of time, but damn near unrealistic in the real world...
  7. LMAO....Didn't see that one coming.
  8. Looks like the "teething" problems are getting a little long in the tooth I find it amusing that it was Ethiopian Air. Of course I am probably the only one that thought it was amusing that Boeing let the Ethiopians be the guinea pigs in the first flight with passengers. A parked plane catches on fire...uuumm, they appear not only unsafe flying, but parked as well. My money is on the battery problem, and on another grounding.
  9. Yes this is laugh-out-loud stuff....
  10. Good eyes Erie...quite handsome, and I love the way that his chest is filling out his cute little 'polo' shirt.
  11. Well in his defense, who among us has not pulled some hot young man off the streets and clothed him, fed him, housed him, and tried to 'save' his life (whatever the hell that means)..........OK OK, guilty as charged. Now I never pimped them out, but I sure as hell at one time thought I was the 'great savior' lol
  12. Laugh out loud stuff....now that was cute!!
  13. OK that's where I draw the line....lol....It's 90 degrees and 80% humidity. I'll walk the dog, but that's it.
  14. True enough, and a classic example of marketing. Pepperidge farm markets and packages its product as something that is a healthy product, it is not. Which is why eating healthy and cheaper than a 'Fast Food Meal' takes time, planning, reading, and education. As ISC mentions, it is absolutely possible to eat cheaper than a fast food meal, but it is not easy. It's a fallacy that you can't. You have to read the labels, think about what you are buying, plan your meals, educate yourself, consider alternatives and as he also says, which is really a very important observation...STAY ON THE PERIMETER of the store.... DISCLAIMER: This is not directed at you Seek..lol..it is just some thoughts I had on the subject.
  15. Thanks again for the post....it was spot on!!! AND I do think that you are correct, very few escorts have those limitations. It was the first time in several decades of hiring that something like that happened to me. All you can do is "Grin and bear it"
  16. lol lol...If you're going to be Mrs. JLA, can I be the mistress?
  17. While I completely understand your point of view Gman, I also disagree with you. The last time this subject came up, a firestorm erupted on the forum, with members emotionally split in two camps. I'm not going there again... I posted that information only to warn those that might have an issue with his policy. Nothing more nothing less. I don't much have the stomach for a long dissertation on whether this is a matter of racism or simply a matter of personal preference. Many escorts have issues with HWP, and I can understand that. So hire him if you choose, but 'discreet' sums the situation up perfectly....
  18. My guess is that you would be fine...
  19. Thank you for elaborating discreet. I unfortunately found all of this out the hard way....
  20. FYI...Spencer has issues with ethnicity. All depends on your take on things.
  21. I second JLA...He is far more handsome than his pics would indicate, and 6'3 and 200 + lbs, and solid as a rock. He is extremely personable but most importantly he is an amazing top, and VERY into making sure that the client is having a good time. Once he gets plugged into what gets you going, he will skillfully take you to the edge and back several times.... http://www.men4rentnow.com/ds/availablenow.asp?cmd=view&id=277269&Login=Jaker88 OR...mailto:jp5726@yahoo.com
