So my trip finished. I went to Thermas for three days Tue, Wed, and Thu in the hot week of July 2026. 3/4pm to 7/8pm.
In terms of being busy, Tuesday was the most quiet, but still had a decent selection of good-looking providers. At 5-6pm there were around 15-20 providers and the same number of clients. Wednesday was by far the most crowded day among these days, with multiple hot providers to choose from. Easily 30+ providers. Many clients too. Thursday was better than Tuesday, but cannot be as busy and bustling as Wednesday. 
In terms of the providers, I was pleasantly surprised! they are absolutely gorgeous! A lot of them are very fit or muscular, masculine horny young men parading around talking to clients and showing off their impressive "manhood". No feminine providers . Most of them have nice long thick fat gorgeous manhood that can get hard within split second! They're quite easy going . During my three days I only saw 1. one tall Russian gentleman that I booked a session once. Pricing-wise, I never asked the providers how much they'd charge, but I followed the advice here and proposed either 50 or 60 EUR for a session. In total I had fun with approx 7 providers there and they accepted this pricing instantly - no one ever asked for more. Very good price for intimate service.
In terms of cleanliness, Thermas doesn't disappoint. Staff regularly cleaned the rooms and bathrooms.
Looking into future, sincerely hope Thermas will always be there for people to come and enjoy the excellent service of gorgeous men especially those from Latin or African backgrounds. But to me its existence is not without a threat. Most independent escorts in Barcelona knows about Thermas and while Thermas has kept their pricing down to more competive levels, I don't think they are very happy with it and some may have reported it already...

I had limited time and wasn't feeling going to a sauna so I did the same. Same experience, with my US number. There's so many of them that nobody seems to shoot high with rates, because the minute you withdraw interest they panic. Kind of crazy. Makes me way more apprehensive about hiring in the US, I'd rather go for a weekend and fuck my brains out lol

i posted this in the other sites, i hope it helps for those newbies english speakers looking for hot brazilian guys in Sao Paulo, you can only go to Lacoa and you will have the best time. So, here is my step by step at the Sauna Espaco Lagoa:
Have you ever been to Thermas in BCN or Paragoyna in Zurich? Well, Espaco Lagoa Sauna is quite similar, complete with a bar for drinks and food .
You can use your cell phone; walk around with it The guys or garotos may have limited English skills, but you won't need to do much talking. I used Google Translate and some sign language when necessary. A guy willl ask for 150 to 200 Reales.
If you spot a garoto walking around fully clothed there chances are he isn't good for sex . I learned this the hard way when I encountered two hot guys, fully dressed. One didn't treated me well and the other one has a good hard on but he was a cold dish. I can't recall the exact prices, but there's a basic option with a TV and a bed that can get quite warm. My favorite, costing 55 Reales, includes AC, TV with movies, and a private bathroom. There's a third floor with more private rooms, starting from room number 13 and onwards. Additionally, there's a small bar, a small gym for the guys, and a TV room.
Just when you think you've had the best guy, a new garoto with an amazing body/cock will show up. I often wished I could split myself in two or more to savor all the succulent garotos. As in any sauna with gayforPay, the best garotos are in high demand, so if you find one, grab them. but they always will be busy and not hanging around for too long
